Listening In: Finding the Courage to Say Yes to What's Next

Eighteen months ago, I found myself at a crossroads I didn’t see coming. Losing my job felt like losing a part of my identity — the title, the structure, the external validation. What followed was a season of grief, uncertainty, and soul-searching.
But beneath the noise of doubt and fear, something quieter — and deeper — was trying to speak.
It took time. It took grace. And it took letting go of the belief that I had to have it all figured out to take a step forward. Slowly, I began to listen to what had always been inside me: a quiet knowing, a pull toward something more aligned, more authentic, more me.
Coaching became the bridge. Through the support and structure of a coach, I began to rebuild my sense of self — not around a role, but around purpose. I started trusting my gut again.
Then came the retreat. A weekend with 12 incredible women — each of us arriving with our own questions, doubts, and hopes. Together, we created a space for breakthroughs, vulnerability, and real transformation. Their support gave me the final push I needed to say yes to my next chapter — not with fear, but with clarity and boldness.
If you’re standing in that in-between space — grieving what was, unsure of what’s next — I want you to know you're not alone. This work is personal. And it’s possible.
If you're ready to explore your next step, I invite you to book a free 30-minute session with me. Let’s listen in, together  https://calendly.com/knagel-n9q/new-meeting-1
